 Like most non-profit agencies the services we provide could not be accomplished without countless volunteer hours. RSN is no different in that respect. We have volunteers that help deliver critical counseling, office support services, bookkeeping, and basic introduction computer instruction to the hardest to serve populations residing in San Francisco. We want to show our thanks and appreciation to Lou Boudreau for his continued contribution as our computer instructor and human services volunteer. Lou has put in countless hours teaching basic introduction computer to the older population we provide services to as well as participants reentering the community from the criminal justice system. Without his help we could not deliver as many well structured classroom instruction hours each week as we do. Lou has been more than a volunteer he has shown compassion and dedication to serving the community and we feel we wanted to share the level of service he has rendered with the volunteer world. Here is a quote from an actual student that is receiving computer instruction from Lou. "My name is Lloyd Graetz and as a student in the RSN computer class, Instructor Lou Boudreau has been an invaluable help to me. I previously had NO computer skills whatsoever and after 1 month of hands on training I am able to do many tasks I was unable to do before I started this program.”
